암공수(暗拱水, 산에 가려 보이지 않는 물)의 사례 괴시리마을로 가다Going to Goesiri Village as example of amgongsoo(暗拱水, water hidden by the mountains)PROFESSOR ZHO, PROFESSIONAL GEOMANCER PARK1. 경상북도 영덕군 영해면 괴시리 마을- Goesiri Village, Yeonghae-myeon, Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. 2. 영양 남씨 집성촌으로 -This is a community village of Yeongyang Nam's families,- 목은(牧隱) 이색((牧隱), 고려시대 학자)선생의 탄생지- and the birthplace of Mokeun(牧隱) Lee Sak(牧隱, a scholar of the Goryeo Dynasty). 3. 목은 이색의 외가(外家, 어머니 쪽 집안)가 있던 곳- The house of his mother's side used to be here. 4. 칠보산(七寶山, 7가지 보물이 있는 산)의 산줄기가 환포하고 있는 곳- The place where the mountain range of Mt. Chilbo(七寶山, the mountain with seven treasures) surrounds it. 5. 동쪽이 높고 서쪽이 낮은 지형적 조건을 갖추고 있음- It has terrain conditions of high east and low west. 6. 주로 묘좌유향(卯坐酉向, 동쪽을 등지고 서쪽을 바라봄)의 집들이 많음- There are usuallly many houses with myojwayouhyang(卯坐酉向, looking to the west with their backs on the east). 7. 즉, 바다를 등지고 서쪽을 향함- That is, they keep their backs to the sea and head west. 8. 종택의 입지는 토형체(土形體, 위가 평평한 산 모양), 일명 일자문성(一字文星, 한일자형)의 산 아래에 자리함- The site of the head house was placed below mountain of tohyeongche(土形體, a flat mountain), so-called iljamoonsung(一字文星, the chinese charatcer 1-shaped mountain). 8-1. 한 일(一)자의 형태- the form of chinese charatcer 1(一) 9. 좌입우출(左入右出, 좌측으로 들어와서 우측으로 나감)의 물줄기를 걷어 올리는 초승달모양의 지형- It has crescent-shaped terrain that rolls up water-stream of jwaipwuchul(左入右出, coming from the left and going out to the right). 10. 백호(白虎, 오른쪽의 산)의 끝이 송천(松川)을 걷어 올리는 형세- It has the geomantic topography of the situation with the tip of baekho(白虎, the mountain on the right) rolling up the Songcheon(松川). 11. 기의 흐름을 완화시켜주는 형태- It makes the flow of the energy ease. 12. 입향조(入鄕祖, 마을에 처음으로 정착한 사람)인 남두원공의 아들 남봉익공의 괴시파 종택- This is the head house of Nam Bong-ik, son of Nam Du-won as iphyangjo(入鄕祖, the first person who settled down in a village). Goesipa. 13. 경사지를 3개의 단으로 만들어 안채(부인의 거처)의 기단을 조성- A base for anchae(wife's quarters) by making the slope into three stairs were created. 14. 물소와고택(勿小窩古宅, 작은 집이 아닌 집)의 사랑채(남편의 거처) 마당- sarangchae(husband's quarters) yard at moolsowhagotaek(勿小窩古宅, not small house) * mulsowagotaek : a house built by Nam Yu-jin, his great-grandson, to honor the virtues of Nam Taek-man. 15. 내외벽(內外壁, 집안의 시선차단벽)- naoebyeok(內外壁, line-of-sight barrier inside a house)- 사랑채와 안채 사이에 쌓는 시선을 가리는 벽- It is a wall that blinds the eye between anchae and sarangchae.-남녀유별의 시대에 나타난 건축구성요소의 하나- It is one of the building components that were reflected in the times with distinction between the sexes. 16. 물소와고택(勿小窩古宅)의 안채마당- anchae yard of moolsowhagotaek(勿小窩古宅)- 17. 내외벽의 두 가지 기능- two functions of naoebyeok(內外壁)- 불견처리(不見處理, 서로의 시선이 마주치지 않게 처리)의 방법, 기(氣)의 흐름을 순화시키기 위한 방법- One is a way of bulgyeonchuri(不見處理, to treat each other's of each other) and the other is to refine the flow of energy. 18. 경상북도 영덕군 영해면 경주댁- Gyeongju house at Yeonhae-myeon, Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. 19. 경주댁 : 괴시리 마을의 부자집- Gyeongju house : the rich house at Goesiri village. 20. 경주댁은 용진처(龍盡處, 용이 진행을 멈추는 곳)에 자리를 잡음- It was built at yongjinchu(龍盡處, where the dragon stops). 21. 진응수(眞應水, 산줄기를 따라온 물)와 좌우측의 계곡물이 모이는 곳이 바로 경주댁 앞의 지당(池塘)- Jineongsu(眞應水, the water that follows the mountain stream) and the valley water from left and right merge at jidang(池塘, pond) in front of Gyeongju house. 21-1. 일자문성모양의 산과 그 뒤의 암공수(暗拱水, 보이지 않는 물)인 대해수(大海水, 동해바다)의 영향을 받음.- It is affected by mouatain with Chinses chacter 1-shape and daehaesu(大海水, the east sea) as amgongsu(暗拱水, invisible water). 22. 부(富)가 형성될 수 있는 풍수적 조건이 갖추어짐- Feng shui conditions were met and wealth can be formed. 23. 경상북도 창수면 원구리 마을(무안 박씨와 영양 남씨의 세거지)- Wongu-ri village, Changsu-myeon, Gyeongsangbuk-do (a illage that the Muan Park‘s and the Yeungyang Nam's have lived for generations) 24. 무안박씨 경수당(慶壽堂, 수명이 긴 것을 축하하는 집) 박세순이 건립한 경수당 종택- Gyeongsudang head house was built by Gyeongsudang(慶壽堂, a house celebrating a long life) Park Se-soon in the Muan Parks. 25. 경수당 종택의 현무정(玄武頂, 집 뒤의 산봉우리)은 중구봉이며- Hyeonmujung(玄武頂, mountain peak behind the house) of Gyeongsudang head house is jungku-bong, and. 26. 중구봉은 형제봉에서 비롯된 산줄기 위에 있는 것- it is on a mountain stream that originates from hyeongje-bong(兄弟峯). * hyeongje-bong(兄弟峯) : side-by-side peaks like brothers. 27. 우측에는 남천(南川), 좌측에는 송천(松川)이 흐름- Namcheon(南川) flows in the right and Songcheon(松川) flows in the left. 27-1. 남천과 송천이 합수하는 지점의 백호(白虎, 오른쪽 산줄기)에 자리- Gyeongsudang head house is located on baekho(白虎, right mountain range) of the point where Namcheon and Songcheon merge. 28. 산세(山勢, 산의 조건)와 수세(水勢, 물의 조건)가 갖춰져 있음- The powers of mountain and water are in place. 29. 원구리의 현무정(玄武頂, 뒷산의 봉우리)은 금성체(金星體, 봉우리가 둥근모양)의 모양- Hyeonmu-jeong(玄武頂, the peak of a back mountain) in Wonguri has the shape of geumsungche(金星體, round peak). 30. 경수당 마당의 연못은 생태공간으로 금기운(金氣運, 딱딱한 분위기)을 완화하는 효과- The pond in the yard of Gyeongsudang is an ecological space and relieves geumgiwoon(金氣運, a rigid atmosphere). 31. 지형지세(地形地勢, 땅의 모양과 흐름)와 건축이 잘 어우러진 사례-It is an example of a good combination of jihyeongjise(地形地勢, the appearance and condition of the land) and its architecture. 32. 원구리 난고종택(蘭皐宗宅,난초가 있는 언덕의 종가집)- Nango jongkaek(蘭皐宗宅, head house on a hill with orchids) in Wonguri- 중구봉의 좌선지맥(左旋地脈, 좌측으로 내려오는 산줄기)이 연결되어 있는 집터- The site of a house is connected to jwaseonjimaek(左旋地脈, a mountain range from the left) on junggu-bong. 34. 옥대수(玉帶水, 옥으로 만든 허리띠처럼 흐르는 물줄기)의 형태를 띠고 있는 상황- It takes the form of okdaesu(玉帶水, a stream of water flowing like a belt of jade). 35. 좌선지맥(左旋地脈, 좌측으로 내려오는 산줄기)은 인물, 우선지맥(右旋地脈, 오른 쪽으로 내려오는 산줄기)은 재물을 의미- Jwasunjimaek(左旋地脈, a mountain range from the left) represents a person, and wusunjimaek(右旋地脈, a mountain range from the right) represents wealt. 36. ‘낙조(落照, 해가 지는 광경)가 보이면, 돈이 모이지 않는다’설에 근거하여 이를 차단하기 위한 숲과 가산(假山, 인공적으로 조성한 언덕)을 설치- Bassed on a theory that if ‘nakjo(落照, a sunset scene) is seen, money can not be collected’, forests and artificial hills was made to prevent loss of money. 촬영 : WDU편집 : KAN MEDIA번역 : Lee Eun-jung
