The Department of Korean Language and Culture trains educational professionals to disseminate the Korean language and culture to foreigners and overseas Koreans who do not speak Korean as their native language. The 21st centur y is an era of internationalization and globalization in which human, material, and cultural resources are actively exchanged between countries. In line with this trend, the department offers various curricula to help students acquire expertise in the Korean language and culture and effective teaching skills based on them.
